This designer will create the "interior design" of your restaurant for the ridiculous fee of $2500.
How is this possible for the fee stated? Simple... I work for myself and love what I do and after 30 years
of restaurant design I decided to specialize in beautiful interiors for the restauranteur who normally couldn't afford the usual expensive fees charged for interior design.
The design will be ready for your carpenter to remodel or start from scratch, with all the specifications
and details required to accomplish the final result. The design will be based on your budget and not some
pie in the sky.
Here is how the program is accomplished:
- A direct interview either in person or by phone by this designer.
- The measuring of the space by the designer or others and photographs taken of the existing interior.
- After the above... a complete hand drawn "print" of a detailed space plan, wall design (as required) intelligently and artistically placing all the furnishings.
- A complete color scheme will be supplied including flooring, carpeting, paint, vinyl, and design software.
- Once the hand drawings are created, they are fed into a computer with the latest design software. Three dimensional drawings are created so that one can visualize their restaurant before any construction is started.
- Along with the above, if required, suggested furniture is specified by the designer allowing one to pick and choose alternatives with one's favorite restaurant supplier or manufacturer direct.
Needless to say, this is a program that one cannot afford to pass up for only $2500. The examples in this website represent the typical three dimensional drawings that you would receive.
